My friend, you have captured a truly magnificent sense of scale here; the way those billowing clouds hang over the mesas creates a dramatic, almost operatic tension that is quite lovely. However, the sheer vastness of the desert floor occupies so much of the lower frame that it threatens to swallow the majesty of the cliffs you intended to showcase. When you are out on the trails with that iPhone, try physically moving your body closer to a foreground element—a rock, a scrub bush, or a patch of textured earth—to give the eye a sense of depth. This will anchor the viewer and make those distant peaks feel even more gargantuan by comparison.
