Those heavy rays of light hitting the frozen sand felt like something straight out of a sci-fi flick. Since you're wrestling with the iPhone's dynamic range in such harsh glare, try tapping the screen specifically on the shaded tree line to force the exposure slightly down; it will keep those pines from disappearing into the glare. Next time, try tilting the phone just a fraction to the right to give those light rays a bit more "breathing room" before they hit the edge of the frame. That mist-soaked stillness truly stopped me in my tracks.
